4. Payments and Billing

  • Payment terms for services rendered by QuickOps are outlined in the official invoice. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Failure to remit payment within the specified time frame may lead to service suspension or termination.
  • QuickOps reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowable by law.
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are only provided under specific conditions. Services that involve customization or development are non-refundable once initiated.
  • Users agree to pay any applicable taxes, fees, or charges imposed by governing authorities related to the use of our services.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, including but not limited to designs, content, source code, and software created by QuickOps, remain the intellectual property of QuickOps until full payment is received.
  • Upon completion and full payment, ownership rights of the final deliverable are transferred to the client. QuickOps reserves the right to retain a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use project materials for promotional purposes.
  • Clients may not claim ownership of materials prior to project completion or use incomplete work for commercial purposes.
  • Any third-party assets or software provided by the client remain the property of the respective owner. QuickOps assumes no liability for the misuse or infringement of such materials.

6. Confidentiality

  • QuickOps and the client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive project information, strategies, and proprietary data shared during the engagement.
  • Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without express written consent. This obligation continues beyond project completion.
  • Exceptions to confidentiality include information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • QuickOps provides services “as is” without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet all client requirements or that they will operate without interruption.
  • While we strive to maintain quality and performance, QuickOps cannot be held liable for third-party tools, plugins, or software that may affect service functionality.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and testing deliverables upon project completion. Any issues or discrepancies must be reported within 15 days.
  • QuickOps will make reasonable efforts to rectify any identified issues within the scope of the project. Additional changes or revisions outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • QuickOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use our services.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the specific service provided.
  • This limitation applies regardless of the cause or circumstances of any claimed loss.
  • QuickOps is not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or performance issues resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions.

9. Termination

  • QuickOps reserves the right to terminate or suspend services without notice if a user violates these terms. Termination may occur due to non-payment, breach of contract, or illegal activity.
  • Users may terminate services by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve users from financial obligations incurred prior to cancellation.
  • Upon termination, users forfeit access to all materials and deliverables that have not been fully paid for.
  • Any outstanding fees or charges must be settled prior to termination taking effect.

10. Changes to Terms

  • QuickOps reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of services after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
